well, first of all...I have to say I feel little goofy having this blog. but, I think it's a great way for you guys to see sneak peeks at your sessions and see some of the wonderful families I am so lucky to work with.
a little about me...I'm a wife, mother and friend. I love laughing really hard, jumping in with both feet, and not taking myself too seriously. I believe in being kind...really kind. I am grateful to the families I work with for giving me little glimpses into their lives.

it was such a treat to see this family in michigan. they have roots one little town over from the town where my peeps are from. it was wonderful to see them and such fun for me to try shooting on the beach. they are such a beautiful family! I would LOVE to shoot on the beach more often. let me know your plans and maybe I can meet you at the beach…

how pretty is this baby??? ahhhh! just in town for a few days, I was so excited meet her today. I had a hard time picking just a few to show!
so, i’m rushing to get things done to get ready to leave town…but, I could not resist posting these 2 photos. eeekkkkk….I think I’m in love with this kid! so smart and funny and engaging. she brought her family in for some generational photos and family photos (which we got great ones!!) but, I had to blog these two. xo
the studio will be closed for the month of july. I will be in michigan for a little R and R…I may blog a few shots to share my favorite place in the world. speaking of favorites…here are some of my favorite peeps. we spent a fun weekend at the beach and here are a few pics.

these guys are still so sweet and happy. I love this family and it’s always such a joy to take their picture.
